We are a private, non-profit University founded in 1873. We have been located in Fort Worth Texas since 1910. The University’s enrollment is just over 9,000 total students, half of which live on-campus.
Since we employee student employees, our largest challenge is creating a schedule that is convenient when compared to typical class schedules and providing a way for all staff to stay in constant contact with each other. This is necessary since many of our employees deal with changing schedules due to class needs.

Previously all scheduling was done with paper and pencil or through Excel spreadsheets. This was such a constant struggle that we felt needed to be fixed. We were constantly fighting unnecessary paper waste in order to post schedules and allow for shift changes.
