No. Workday serves as the system of record for the employee data, and this data is interfaced to Humanity to create the Humanity Employee Record. All additions, changes, and terminations entered into Workday are interfaced to Humanity.

How is information transferred between Humanity and Workday?

The integration is done using Workday and Humanity APIs. Data is transferred to and from the two systems seamlessly without the need for intervention by the customer. Data updates happen continuously throughout the day so that data is never out of date.

What is the implementation timeline like?

The Humanity integration to Workday is a standardized product which means it can be deployed to a customer in a rapid timeframe. The Humanity team works with the customer to understand their needs and requirements and uses this data to configure the interface.

What compliance does Humanity support?

Humanity can automatically calculate and report scheduling conflicts, as well as notify scheduling administrators about overlapping shifts, daily, weekly, and monthly overtime, weekly and monthly undertime, the minimum time between shifts, and the maximum number of working days in a row.
