Urbana Park District Turned to Humanity To Manage Their Multi Location Staff

Urbana Park District is an Illinois based organization with a clear goal to improve the quality of life of citizens and overall health of the community through creative park and recreation system. They have a very involved community and people who love and support what the Park District does. They work out of 6 different locations with a staff of 100-150 going up to 300 in summer months.

The park district used to manage all scheduling related activities with Excel which was at least 8-hour job per facility. It was difficult for them to manage employee clock in/out timings, communication with staff working at 6 various locations. It was also hard to manage varying schedules of employees.

But now after turning to Humanity, Urbana Park District can easily manage all staff planning and management activities saving many hours. They use mainly scheduling, time clocking and reporting features of Humanity. They liked the fact that the application can be customized to their needs.
