Humanity’s technical team has been hard at work over the past few weeks to improve upon the performance and accuracy of our staff availability system. In order to have this new version in place, the availability data needs to be locked in for a period of time to allow the conversion from the old system to the new.

What will be inaccessible on Humanity?
This maintenance window will ONLY affect the ability to update the availability in the application. All other functionalities on Humanity will remain workable. During this period, staff availability will be ‘locked in’ the state that they are prior to midnight tonight. All reporting and conflict checks will still continue to function normally.
