Save Management Time With Humanity’s New Online Time Sheet Feature
At Humanity, we know that manually approving online timesheets can be cumbersome and time consuming. In fact, bulk timesheet approval was among our most requested features. Given our client driven development ethos, we have added this valuable time saver and hope that it will help you streamline the timesheet management process.
In the ‘Manage Timesheets’ window under the ‘Time Clock’ tab, you can now select and take action on multiple timeclock entries.
When you select one or more clock entries, the bulk action menu will appear in the top right corner of the window.
A ‘Check-All’ option lives in the bulk action menu. When you check that box or have manually selected your desired timesheet entries, you will have options to ‘Approve’, ‘Unapprove’ or ‘Delete’ the selected entries.
When you choose an action (e.g. to approve selected shifts), you will be asked to confirm that you want to complete the action, in a popup window.
Online timesheets are now able to be approved at the blink of an eye. One of the most powerful aspects to this feature is the fact that bulk approvals can be combined with the various filters (location, employee, skills, etc) available in ‘managed timesheets’.
