I am equally humbled by the impressive roster of national name brands using our products, from luxury car manufacturers to major hospitals to the leading internet companies and major airlines. That being said, our primary client is the small and medium sized business. As Software as a Service has so many more advantages (cost, ease of installation, accessibility etc..), it is our commitment to keep our software affordable for all small businesses, as we believe technology should be affordable and available to all.
Another great benefit of catering to a wide variety of verticals is that we get feedback from all industries, not just a single one. This helps us improve and evolve our products over time. For example, a security guard company with 500 agents who all work remotely may need a special feature to handle their remote workers. We receive similar amazing suggestions from clients in a variety of industries which helps us innovate even faster than if we were creating products for a single industry.
