We’re excited to announce Jack Robinson as our new Vice President of Solutions Engineering. As many will know, Humanity is going through a period of expansion and new customer-driven product development, and Mr. Robinson will help drive our ongoing growth.

Mr. Robinson brings more than 20 years of HCM experience and deep, working knowledge of enterprise technology to the Humanity team. Most recently, he has held positions as Principal Solutions Consultant on Workday’s large enterprise sales team and managing a team of solutions consultants at SAP SuccessFactors.

In his new role as Vice President of Solutions Engineering, Mr. Robinson will be responsible for leading enterprise solutions development and implementation, driving new customer channels, and expanding strategic partnerships. Additionally, he will play a key role in assisting the customization and integration of Humanity’s robust scheduling platform into large enterprises with existing HCM platforms.

On Mr. Robinson’s appointment, Humanity Chief Executive Officer Chris Amani said: “Jack’s 20 years’ experience and his time at Workday and SuccessFactors give him standout HCM credentials. He will be central to the ambitious growth and product development plans we’re embarking on, as well as further consolidating our position as the market leader in scheduling solutions.

“Like all technology companies, we live in an increasingly competitive marketplace. In this climate, finding exceptional leaders is more important than ever. In Jack, Humanity is fortunate to have a strong, outstanding leader. Someone who will help us achieve long-term, sustainable growth through the development of outstanding products that continue to optimize and empower workplaces globally.”

As thousands of companies already know, Humanity provides award-winning, cloud-based scheduling solutions, offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS). Integrating quickly and easily with today’s leading HCM platforms, Humanity can cut scheduling time by up to 80 percent by reducing the time required to create, publish, and manage employee staff schedules.

Major companies like Kaiser Permanente, NHC, CNN, Lululemon, Lyft, Safeway and many others call on Humanity daily to build and maintain staff schedules for more than one million employees, maximizing employee satisfaction and enabling complete Human Capital visibility.

Mr. Robinson is one of three new Humanity executives, joining our new Vice President of Marketing, Charles Orlando, and Vice President of Engineering, Andrej Luneski.
