Over the past four years our team has been working closely with thousands of small businesses around the world. And we’ve learned a lot along the way, watching as our first product, Humanity, evolved from meeting the expanding needs of our very first customers, to becoming a solution that hundreds of thousands around the world have come to trust. From the very beginning, my vision has been to build our company on two solid fundamentals: attentiveness and adaptability. It is these principles that have laid the foundation for a product that puts the user experience first, and a business that puts our customers first.
Aligning with those fundamentals, I’m proud to announce the next major iteration of our platform, as we move from a Scheduling Application to a full Business Management platform: Humanity.
Recognizing the need for a platform that truly provides ‘Hire to Retire’ life-cycle management for businesses, we built Humanity to be flexible and intuitive. Our platform brings together usability, smart design, and custom features to help managers and employees better organize and stay connected through our evolving suite of apps.
Available today on the Humanity Platform are applications that will streamline your: Employee Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Leave Management. Following soon will be additional applications that will tie together the complete employee life-cycle and provide you with a single place to manage all aspects of your workforce. When it comes to business management, we aim to provide modern solutions to many out-dated processes.
With that comes our commitment to give our customers and their users more freedom to embrace their full potential. And that commitment extends to how we invest in our own team here at Humanity, supporting our staff to attend courses that invest in their individual success, sponsoring gym and health benefits, providing travel support and cross-cultural pollination among our global offices, and promoting a work-life balance.
