We originally left schedule printing as a second thought to allow ourselves to concentrate on the online side of things. With several recent requests we bumped up the priority of providing more elegant print handling.
Thanks to everyone that contributed idea’s, your feedback is always valued and we’re actively listening!
Here is a quick look at some of the new things that you can do when printing schedules:
– Change page layout (portrait/landscape)
– Adjust Font Size
– Change between Color / Black & White
– Add notes to the bottom
– Save as PDF
– Print Preview
Unfortunately we weren’t able to make this work the same on Mac and PC, however both platforms(and all browsers) still have access to the same functionality.

View a preview before your print:
For full functionality Adobe Reader is required. It’s a free download (that most people have already). Without Adobe or Mac in a non Safari Browser you will still see a preview, and options to save/print, however you won’t have access to all of the print options and detailed preview. You’ll see:

Note – This new print functionality is available from within the ‘Schedule’ tab. We’ll be rolling it out across Reports,etc. shortly.
