At Humanity, we have integrated an adaptable notification and employee communication system into our state-of-the-art workforce management software. Part of the communication platform is a client branded notification system that you can personalize to suit your business needs and seamlessly communicate more effectively with your employees and colleagues. Employee notifications are crucial to effective business communication, and the ability to communicate with employees and tend to other business management needs from one centralized platform is priceless.
With our branded employee notifications you can include your business logo on all notifications that go out. This will help improve communication to your staff and help them to immediately recognize why they’re receiving these notifications, and differentiate between different emails. Having your company logo branding each email notification, you will create a more integrated experience for your employees.
To customize your notifications, you need to first upload a corporate logo, or any image you want to brand your notifications with. Go to the ‘Admin’ tab and click on ‘Overview’ under the ‘Account’ heading.
In the popup window, click on the ‘Choose File’ button on the far right, select your file and click ‘Choose’ to upload the file to your Humanity account.
Below is an example of a branded logo in action. The Humanity rocket logo is our custom account logo. If you upload your own company logo, it will appear where the Humanity rocket logo is.
