We are currently in the process of moving our help desk and community to a new home. During this migration process, our current community forum is still available but in read-only mode.
The feedback and insights that we have received from you over the years have had a huge impact on Humanity and helped to shape our application and business into what it is today.
With this new community, the goal is to create even stronger, deeper and more interactive relationships with our clients.
We’re also going to be launching a new customer focus group soon with the intent of engaging our clients more easily and more personally. The goal of this focus group will be to improve the feedback loop and ultimately enable us to launch new product features and enhancements at a faster rate.
