This month we asked our clients how likely they were to recommend Humanity to a friend or colleague and we received an extraordinary number of survey responses and feedback. Here are the top three things we learned from you and what we are doing with your feedback.
# 1 — Training
A fair number of our clients were not aware of the training topics and tutorials that we have available. Our extensive Support library has How-To Guides, Popular Questions for Managers and Employees, and hundreds of topics to help get you up to speed.

#2 — System Hiccups
Some clients wanted more visibility into system hiccups and data security. On this topic, we are continually making updates to improve the security and reliability of Humanity and this includes weekly updates to our software code. On rare occasion, this may disrupt the experience for our users, but we are very proud to guarantee 99.9% reliability. And at any point in time, clients can visit http://status.Humanity.com/ for live updates on our service performance.
Additionally, we have taken extensive measures at all levels to ensure that user data is safe within our system including: SSL security, encrypted user passwords, automatic timeout, hourly data backup and Admin control of employee settings. Lastly, to give you complete peace of mind, you can download your own account data at anytime.
#3 — Additional Feature Requests
Several comments were related to feature requests. Our Client Success team has been reading through every submission to ensure that you receive feedback on your request. In fact, several requests were already features that are available today in Humanity. We often prioritize new features based on the number of clients who have a similar request.
