In our ongoing effort to deliver performance and a responsive experience for our users, Humanity offers free guides and tutorials that are available 24/7. They are part of our support system which provides you with resources to help guide you through our application, answer any immediate questions and provide you with resources to refresh your memory or learn more about any part of our workforce management software.
You can access these topics through the Humanity application itself. When you sign into your account, you will be brought to the ‘Dashboard’ tab. On the left navigation bar, click on ‘Support’ which will bring you to the screen below. Here, you can click on any of the topics listed to read more about each topic, or search for a topic or keyword.
Humanity has a powerful search tool, incorporated in the application. It is a great shortcut for any user that has the ability to fetch information from every alley of the Humanity application platform instantly. From anywhere in the application, you can hover your mouse over the red space by your profile picture icon on the right, top corner and the below search box will appear. Here, you can quickly and easily search for tutorials and user guides to find immediate help.
This intuitive search tool will save you time and will easily locate the information you need.
Alternatively, you can see all guide and tutorial topics in our forum. Our community forums give you a chance to voice your opinions on what we should be developing as well as to ask questions about our application or simply to discuss workforce related topics with like-minded individuals. Don’t be shy; we are very active with our community and would love to hear your ideas!
