Humanity’s web-based workforce management and staff scheduling application is completely integrated and operates on a centralized platform. This means that all your business and employee data from your schedules are always available and you can work in real time. Your employees’ clocked time can be taken directly from Humanity to your favorite payroll provider for online processing. Humanity’s online payroll processingfeatures allow you to work more seamlessly and efficiently.
With Humanity, you can export direct formats of payroll-related reports by opening one of the Payroll reports.
To start, go to the ‘Reports’ tab and click one of the specific reports under the ‘Payroll’ subheading. For example, you can click ‘Scheduled Hours’ to see all business information and employee data related to their scheduled shift hours.
Your data will appear in the window, in a table format.
From here, you can select a specific week from the dropdown menu or enter specific dates in the date boxes. Furthermore, you can filter the data by location, position and/or employee. In our attempt to be as adaptable as possible, we give you several options: deduct breaks, don’t group, group by employee or group by employee and position.
If you want, you can either print, save as a .csv and/or export your data. We offer several export options, as shown below:
Once you have selected your desired payroll provider, click ‘Export’ to download the data. The exported report will be formatted for direct transfer to a 3rd party system.
