Ask The Wizard: How Do I Stick A Message At The Top Of The Message Wall?
Our robust and efficient ’Message Wall’ is a great way to share messages, new items and/or general happenings among staff and managers.
Prominently displayed on the ‘Dashboard’, the ‘Message Wall’ is extremely visible and catches your employees’ attention easily. It serves as a casual and formal means of communication (public to all employees) that helps promote a sense of camaraderie among your staff members. Whether you are sharing important information, reminders, birthdays, anniversaries, files, and/or announcements, the ‘Message Wall’ makes it easy to share and see. Staff members can leave comments or respond to any message on the ‘Message Wall’.
One feature of the ‘Message Wall’ is the ability to make certain messages stay at the top of the ‘Message Wall’, regardless of how many messages are posted afterwards. If your message is not “stuck” to the top of the ‘Message Wall’, it will appear in chronological order, with the most recent message at the top.
Go to the ‘Dashboard tab’ and create a new message by clicking ‘Write New Message’. When you click on ‘Full Mode’, you can check the box next to ‘Lock Post at top’ to ensure that the message remains at the top of the Message Wall.
