Panama City, PANAMA – June 28, 2010 – Humanity Inc., (https://www.humanity.com) has announced the launch of it’s free SPGrab screenshot sharing tool, a small windows application that runs in the PC’s background allowing quick and easy image capture and share capabilities.
SPGrab allows the user to capture Internet screenshots encompassing an entire screen, active window, or selected area. Once the image is “grabbed” it can be saved to the computer, copied to the clipboard to use with design applications, uploaded to the SPGrab server for temporary storage, or uploaded to the user’s FTP server for permanent storage.
Ryan Fyfe, CEO of Humanity, Inc. and developer of SPGrab.com, says that the process of capturing and sharing screenshots is essential to his own employee scheduling management software company to provide support, build tutorials and communicate with clients.
Frustrated with the problems and expense associated with similar existing applications, Fyfe and his Humanity development team decided to create a version that everyone can use easily and intuitively.
“We are opening SPGrab up to the public for free, as we want our clients and the public alike to be able to take advantage of this simple, useful tool,” Fyfe says.
Currently available only for Windows, Fyfe says the Mac version should be available soon.
