Avista Rentals is a San Francisco Bay Area Audio Visual Rental Company with 3 Bay Area offices located in San Francisco, San Jose, and Walnut Creek. Avista has been servicing our customers since January of 2006.
We currently have 16 employees and are growing steadily. When we first started we only had 4 employees so making and keeping a schedule was not a problem, as we grew it became an ever growing problem. Our big scheduling issues is that we are very flexible with our customers and will send employees to any of our 3 offices to work. Keeping track of them all has been a problem in the past.

We were using an Excel spreadsheet that would go out to our employees on Fridays of the week before. The biggest issue with that is that we would not be able to really keep it up to date as the week went on and things changed.
The work scheduler Humanity has aloud us to constantly be changing our schedule and let our employees and managers know what the current schedule is. The ease and use of Humanity has really been the best part, there is a very little learning curve and was easily deployed to our team for immediate use. Working with Humanity has been very good compared to other companies I have worked with.
